Happy Birthday, Frida Frida Kahlo would be 113 on Monday. The Mexican activist and artist was born in 1907 in Coyoacán, Mexico. A vocal leftist and supporter of the Mexican Revolution, Kahlo is most known for her self-portraits, as well as her fashion, deliberately mixing Western and indigenous styles. The Dalai Lama is dropping an album Yes, you read that right. The spiritual leader will release an album of teachings and mantras accompanied by music on Monday, also his 85th birthday. Called "Inner World," it will be available on YouTube, Spotify and Apple Music. One track, called "Compassion," has already been released.
