Georgia head football coach Kirby Smart was not happy with officials during Saturday afternoon's game against the Missouri Tigers. With 5:09 remaining in the first half, the Bulldogs were penalized on third-and-goal for having an illegible receiver downfield. Smart was then picked up on a hot mic yelling an expletive at an official.
The penalty was declined by Missouri due to an incomplete pass from quarterback Stetson Bennett to tight end Brock Bowers, which resulted in a Georgia field goal from the two-yard line.

The Bulldogs led by a score of 26-3 at the half.
"Last two practices have been great," Smart said. "They've really been good. There's been no let down, hangover, any of that. They practiced really good Monday and they practiced really good today. There's been a unique buy in to Tuesdays, Wednesdays wins game so let's go win it on Tuesday, Wednesday and very spirited, competitive, physical with practices. The good news is that we've had enough legs between (Ameer) Speed getting back and the wideouts feeling like they're closer 100 percent, Jermaine (Burton) and Arian (Smith) give us a few more reps than we've had in the past. We had to cut reps way down."
