AJ Brown is so tired of Tennessee Titans fans making him the “villain” after his Draft Day trade to the Philadelphia Eagles.
The Eagles shook the whole NFL when they pulled the trigger on Brown, sending 18th and 101st picks of the 2022 NFL Drat to the Titans in exchange. However, the deal has since turned into a messy divorce between the star wideout and the fanbase.
Last Friday, a Titans fan called out Brown after a rather innocent tweet about something he learned regarding whether reports. The said Tennessee supporter slammed the veteran receiver and said he should just stay away from social media so as not to make himself a “stupid villain.”
Of course Brown took offense of the tweet and fired back, telling the said Titans fan to move on and stop blaming the “wrong person.”
“For the love of God , I was the best receiver to play for your franchise. Shut up and move on. You mad at the wrong person,” Brown wrote.
It is not the first time the new Eagles star called out Titans fans for the hate they have on him. In the weeks following his trade, he urged everyone to “let that hurt go and move on.”
Unfortunately for AJ Brown, while he is now at peace with his move to the Eagles, some Titans fans still can’t accept it and remains to have ill feelings towards him. Perhaps that is something he has to live with for the rest of his career.
