Sen. Kevin Cramer’s statement Feb. 9, as well as his overall attitude regarding this impeachment trial, is inappropriate.
Seeking justice and using the procedures of justice offered is not “stupid” nor “disgusting,” and in this instance it is his job. For him to describe it in such a way disrespects the lives lost as a result of the events and the severity of the attack on the sacred house of our nation.
If he thinks his job is stupid and disgusting, I’d be glad to see him leave. I’m embarrassed of the man representing my home state - he does not represent my values or beliefs.
