Lincoln’s story: Lincoln has tons of curls and tons of personality. He’d be a great pet in an active home with a female caregiver. He’s sweet, intelligent, joyful, playful and affectionate. Lincoln is house-trained and knows basic commands. He’s a smart, independent thinker who learns quickly and responds to positive training methods.
Because he’s so smart, he needs constant stimulation – participating in a dog sport like agility or playing puzzle games are good examples of how to keep Lincoln busy. Left to his own devices, he’ll entertain himself, possibly in ways you’d rather he didn’t. Lincoln loves his person, but can have issues with strangers when out and about.
He’s an incredible jumper so needs a fence at least 5 feet high. He will guard his owner against other dogs, so he needs to be the only canine in the house. No children, please.
